Our guests can check in from 3pm until 10pm and are required to check out by 10am. 

Check-in is via guest access code sent to you 24hrs before arrival

 We have a free car park for our guests, with parking for 11 cars on a first come first served basis. 

We also have a bicycle lock up.  We can't accommodate long wheelbase vans or trucks, sorry

Our Wi-Fi login information will be detailed on your confirmation of booking email.

Tesco's is the closest at 0.8 mile, also Morrisons is only 0.9 miles away from us, both are walkable but there are also lots of reliable taxi services operating in the area. 

Yes we provide towels and toiletries to each and every guest at the start of their stay, should you require any extras, we can provide those at extra cost. Guests are advised to bring their own personal towels and items - these can be washed in the provided washing and drying machines 

 There are 2 communal washing machines and  2 tumble dryers on site, available for our guests to use free of charge . 

Each guest receives an access code to use on our front door and the door to their private accommodation. Please double check your emails for this notice. 

Sallow Tree House is SELF-CATERING.

We do not supply food of any kind for guests, we're  a short walk from Selby town centre and we have two kitchens with plenty of food storage for our guests to ensure their own dietary needs are cared for.

Guests are expected to clean kitchens after use

Self catering means self cleaning. We have regular cleaners for all shared guest areas. 

Guests are expected to clean after using kitchens and bathrooms

We don't have a reception or physical keys so no need to meet anyone. 

Our quiet hours are from 9pm each evening and guests are requested to arrive before 11pm to ensure the peace and quiet of other guests.
